But serioudly, they need to put more hardworks on their town park...... the current one too dull although i understand that it is still new with amateur trees.....

Hopefully aftet 1-2 yrs their townpark will b looks better and ew not sell us the dream but is real product as per their promising.....

I been there, seem to take like a long time to reach..i dont know any short cut, i use the one extension from latar to meru. i hope when jusco started in eco. We wont travel that far distance.

Yup, around there space is bigger in avanti, bandar coalfield, one jaya bungalow or cendana. But In eco you has more space outside, more thing to do. Your enviroment is design for you to go outdoor and take time to to have some sport relax jog walk or picnic.

Its good for the kids smile.gif..

using the jalan paip to SCM only 20 mins +-..... but then the road is very narrow.... but really save alot of time compare to going using nkve highway or from meru.... if proper road... paradigm is the nearest... i think less than 30 mins... exit to subang toll and paradigm just 5 mins away...

EW should take initiative to do infrastructure like direct link to LATAR/GUTHRIE highway for this project else It will be no convenient & also possible traffic jam at Trunk Road when more ppl moving to Puncak Alam. If possible, EW should consider to build one neighbourhood mall for EG since SPS also can built one small neighbourhood mall at SEH and believe EW can built one at Puncak Alam as well.

Narrow is ok, with no tol is a lot of relieve. I have been to both before, but i think i prefer SCM better.

yea... then u are same type like me... narrow road it is.... usually waze will guide me using there... now already familiar with it... once come out is the shah alam north apartments there... skip toll and save 10 mins compare to using nkve....

It possible take a lot longer than 5 years for this. Last time they said they going to built that road and that road, when i purchase a house near tesco overthere. They said you are lucky, gov going to make a short cut road here for easier excess to latar...well, i see no changes to the place. Only house developments are getting active and road condition is becoming bad to worse.

Too many toll just to go anywhere...i think latar highway is the most expensive tol ever from pa to rawang. Try to save as many penny possible.. if i am from kl, i will go by duke-nkve-then drop using sg buloh road, near the new terminal lrt station. Otherwise if richer 2.50+2.90+1.90=7.30 one way trip duke-nkve-guthrie. If exit at latar will br rm7.90 sad.gif
