I heard SA said Graham type D price increased to 600k, while Avenham now 720k. But now with 7% discount instead of 5% for 1st batch buyer

QUOTE(miracle80 @ Mar 12 2017, 12:21 AM) In brief what's the comment about?QUOTE(miracle80 @ Mar 12 2017, 12:28 AM) I personally feel that the ID is not so nice compare with EM, maybe bcoz of the price range & target customer is difference... Err... I think ID no good is still fine as what you get eventually is a bare unit. Talking about EM, the ID for Tenderfields SD was quite overdone in my opinion but for Mellowood Parkhomes 7D I personally quite like it.This post has been edited by Jasoncat: Mar 12 2017, 12:36 AM |

But I think the high ceiling pavilion (Avenham Type C) should do some magic making the area spacious. |

QUOTE(propusers @ Mar 13 2017, 11:05 AM) Nice facade. The ceiling height looks very high from this pics. Can we expect to have same facade when VP? Feeling excited. This is the things I am worry about.....a lot of developers are not fulfilling the actual ceiling heights which they were supposed to give on final products, and ceiling heights are not part of SPA..... so if any developer give you lesser than what you see in show unit, then you have to just take it...... |

Only details we have is the site will be in front of Laman Haris water front, and it is service apartment, other than that, no much details for the time being. Tentatively will be launching in Q3 2017.But I think EGC shop lots will be launching very soon, so stay tunes.... |

Floor-to-floor height is indicated in architect's approved drawings and is in the SPA though |

Is it just me or anyone of you think that the ID of the show units are kinda bad ?
I visited all Avenham's show room and all of design actually kinda bad to me (understanding that at the end of the day what we have is jus the bare unit), was looking forward to get some inspiration from them tho... Notice that some of the people actually saying Graham have much more better design. Guess need to visit again soon.... |

Not so sure about the ID of Graham/Avenham which is better.
personally I think the finishing and material used in bare units are more important. Any different in tiles, sanitary, staircase grills, windows, door materials between Graham/Avenham? This post has been edited by propusers: Mar 13 2017, 02:39 PM |
