KUALA LUMPUR: The creme de la creme of the country’s property developers with outstanding projects have been honoured at the StarProperty.my Awards 2017.

Leading the cream of the crop were 10 local developers that received the “All-Star Awards – Top Ranked Developers of the Year” accolade for their consistency in creating and adding value to their property projects.

They were Eco World Development Group Bhd, Gamuda Land, IJM Land Bhd, IOI Properties Group Bhd, Mah Sing Group Bhd, Sime Darby Property Bhd, SP Setia Bhd, Sunway Bhd, Tropicana Corp Bhd and UEM Sunrise Bhd.

Star Media Group Bhd group managing director and chief executive officer Datuk Seri Wong Chun Wai, in his speech on Tuesday said the Awards were aimed at recognising developers with state-of-the-art developments and business models that took into account corporate and social responsibilities via the development of sustainable communities.

“Developers have made great progress despite the challenging global economy, remaining resilient in their commitment towards constructing smarter and integrated townships and building stronger communities.

“Through sheer innovation, they have created new demand in the market space,” he said.

Featuring 18 categories, the awards saw the addition of eight new categories compared with the inaugural event last year.

The new categories were The Business Estate, The Neighbourhood, The Northern Star, The Poseidon, The Skyline, The small is Big, The Southern Star and StarProperty.my Readers’ & Voters’ Choice Award.

Each category has three levels of winners – Excellence, Honours and Merits.

Eco World Development Group was the Excellence winner under The Business Estate and The Just-Walk Award categories for its Eco Business Park 1 and Bukit Bintang City Centre developments respectively.

It was also the top winner under The Neighbourhood and The Southern Star Award categories for its Eco Botanic development.

Ideal Property Group clinched the Excellence award under The Poseidon and The Starter Home Awards categories for its Queens Residences Q1 and I-Santorini projects respectively.

Bon Estates Sdn Bhd was the Excellence winner under The Best Touch & Feel Award for The Estate, South Bangsar development, while SP Setia came out tops in The Cornerstone Award for its Setia Eco Glades, Lepironia East Garden project.

Paramount Property was named the Excellence winner under The Earth Conscious Award for its Sejati Residences development and IJM Land bagged the top award under The Family-Friendly category for its Seremban 2 Township project.

The Excellence award under The Five Elements category went to Sime Darby Property for its City of Elmina project while the Excellence award under The Niche & Unique category went to Tropicana Corp for its Tropicana Residences.

Under The Northern Star Award category, Aspen Group came out on top with its Aspen Vision City development and Elegan Pesona Sdn Bhd bagged the Excellence award under The Skyline category for its Seri Riana Residence project.

Meanwhile, The Small is Big Award category was bagged by Binastra Land Sdn Bhd for its CyberSquare @ Cyberjaya development and Naza TTDI Sdn Bhd was the Excellence winner under The Wow Award category for its Malaysia International Trade & Exhibition Centre (Mitec) development.

Eco World Development Group, IJM Land and SP Setia were recognised for the StarProperty.my Readers’ & Voters’ Choice Award.

Organised by Star Media Group Bhd, the Awards event was graced by the Sultan of Selangor Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah.

This year’s Awards attracted 31 participants. The entries were judged by a panel of experts comprising national leaders of various disciplines and industries.

Went to show village last weekend , but sadly the Avenham type we pick have only bare unit but without ID ...     

It will be good if there are both ID-ed and bare unit for the same type but if only bare unit is available is also good lah as you can visualise how your unit will be (without all the fancy ID and deco items) upon vp.

Not bad, no wonder every week has an event.    

Avenham Only Type F have both ID & bare unit , Type C D E have ID unit no bare unit & Type A have only bare unit ... failed me to get some ID idea for my unit ， sigh ...

Some money need to spend ma.....

But shareholder will make noise during AGM lo....haha....

Actually you can refer to type D ground floor ID and type C 1st floor ID.
Type A layout almost identical to both type.
