Crimson Red should be nice. The old Tiguan also came in red.

I suppose the Tiguan should sell well since it's pretty reasonably priced with good specs. Actually, it's cheap for a German make..

We should be seeing more Tiguans on the road in the coming months

crimson red also need to wait August or September only got car. and what I know all current booking owner which not yet get their car got App Connect function as complimentary in the Tiguan Highline.

u should have book before the promo ended for hl, that time got rm7k discount, hasn't included any discount from SA separately.

this one only ur saleman can answer u actually.

different branch u book it varies. and again sometimes it does not necessarily base on ur booking date to decide the order of delivery, u need to consider the factor that some may cut queue etc due to personal reason etc, also ur color of choice etc.

The only thing they seem to be offering now is free App-Connect for the Highline. If they are selling very well, I do not think they'll offer any good deals until year end.

It's nice to see that VW have "too much sales" and have to wait for the car. I'm sure the car will be very good but it's the servicing that people should be worried about. More cars = more people servicing, meaning servicing backlog and long waits. Hopefully VW are rectifying this issue.

Btw, are you gonna break in the engine for the 1st 1000km? Or did ur sc or dealer say u don't need to?
Because there are some controversy in this case whereby some say you should to remove the metal particles and allo for the pistons and cylinders to mate . Others say nowadays the engine has already been broken in from the plant it was being produced thereby removing the need to do so.

I was looking high and low for break in period precautions in the manual but can't find anything. I suppose there is no need to for current VWs or new cars these days.

No wonder my SA asked if I was gonna take a drive to Genting Highlands right after taking delivery of the car

Anyway....I will still try to take it easy for the first 1000 kms or more....just in case.
