Hi guys , had anyone of you tried to send money from Paypal account to another before ?!!! if so , is there any fees?!!! , how long does it take ?!!! and is there any limitations ?!!..

Unless you're having foreign PayPal, there is almost no way to send money without any transaction fees imposed.

It usually takes immediate effect (sending money), unless your account is truly new then you will have to verify your card/bank account associated before you are able to send any money.

Do note that sending/receiving money with UNVERIFIED PayPal account will risk yourself in having it limited.

im using cimb debit card and i had somewhat similar problem. turned out my debit card, actually all cimb debit cards were blocked from any online transaction due to fraud or something. i called the bank and they lifted the restriction and i was able to link my card

Hey guys, paypal keeps saying that they cant link my card and to try a different card. It's a maybank cherry platinum mastercard debit card. Back in 2014 I used to use a different version of the same card but the card rosak and got a new one. When I try to link the new card it says cannot. Any ideas why?

Are you serious? 3 working days have passed and you're already asking please expect up to 14 days, though lead time is mentioned upon withdrawal but it is up to banks discretion on when to process the payment

So I have heard bank rates are better when compared to paypal. However, I still paid more when using Public Bank debit card. I know CIMB is out of the question since they have CBF but I thought PB doesnt have it?

Bought an 18usd good from ebay. Paypal charged me for rm75. something. Public Bank Debit card charged me rm77. something in the end.
