As I pay PayPal using CIMB MC there are a fee of 0.8% charge by the bank.
What your SMS alert at real time only shows what are charge by PayPal only. You will only see the 0.08% at bank card statement.
Correct me if i am wrong.
BTW during payout at PayPal default will be paypall's exchange rate, there are a option you can change to your bank rate.
Anyone know who give a better rate?
Update: using rate from credit card's bank slightly better then PP's rate. (83.16 vs 82.14)
