Below RM 400 = RM 3 charge
Above RM 400 = no charge

hi there, recently i just signed up to paypal using maybank debit card. i know that once sign up it will charge rm10 but i didnt received 4digit code. then i re-comfirm to send again....means it will deduct rm10 from my acc too? which means it deduct rm20 for no code..should i contact my bank for refund? pls help >..<

I've been constantly having problems completing Paypal transactions using my Amex card. The last one week has been the worst so far. Anyone else facing the same problem? FYI I've called up both customer service a dozen times and Maybank has claimed to have 'opened the line' but it's still not resolved.

hey guys quick question. i did a transfer to bank account from paypal > cimb. in paypal it says completed but i havent received the money yet on my account. is it normal that there is delay after paypal say completed for the money to popup in my cimb account?

in paypal says the transaction completed at 18:32 gmt +8, but i checked last night and my bank account balance are still the same. Anyone else have this problem before?

i got paypal and last time use in august and june 2014 with debit card no issue.

registered & verified my cc for paypal done which they have deducted the RM10. but to complete the purchase, got that error message at merchant website. even tried many time. registered other cc also same. create new paypal account also the same. contacted bank, no issue no decline as they didnt saw any attempt transaction were trying to made thru their system. call paypal, clarified my paypal account dont have any issue.

if saying my cc got issue, a day before and day after i able to used it paid my utilities (unifi, digi).

dont have any idea regarding the error message, paypal said bank and merchant also said bank.

Hey, I was wondering if anyone got any similar experience (browsed through the thread but not quite sure if I found any answers).

Case: Item fully refunded by seller over the U.S and the payment was "completed", and PayPal sent me a confirmation email. This was after 6-7 days of waiting.

But low and behold the money isn't in the PayPal balance nor is it in the bank.

Question: Where the hell is my refunded money? O.o I assume more waiting ensues?

Update: Nevermind, took Maybank 6 days to clear it.

Is there any way to top up USD to our paypal account?. Since our paypal is linked to local bank so the top-up fund is MYR. Need help..
