hmm.. there should have a Contact Us page somewhere.. but usually for withdrawal, they will check your name and account number.. if doesn;'t match then will bounce back.. and got certain charges also if not mistaken..

Just wondering what is the best way to avoid getting scammed on PayPal? I've asked for gifting as I heard it lessens the chance of getting scammed. Is this true? need some help here, I have a paypal account linked to a debit card, but recently, due to "suspicious" activity, which is pile of bullshit, cause i bought things from xiaomi malaysia, my account got limited. and those pig heads in paypal keeps wanting my credit card statement. How can i give them a debit card statement when the bank teller tells me that a debit card is just a transaction number and cant print a statement with "credit card" number on it!? so what should i do now? i am freaking pissed
