Before this we can topup balance from other bank like Maybank n CIMB..
around last year..they suddenly stop it.. now can only topup through RHB account..

I heard rumour that Maybank will allow that feature again..dont know when..

I also face this problem..I already ask Paypal about this..and they said we only can use RM for a transaction in Malaysia only..
other in USD or other currency..

basically its depend or based on the latest currency...lets say today 1 USD = 3.19 n tomorrow maybe its go up to 3.22 who knows..the currency
value always changes
to make it simple for 3 USD x 3.19 = RM 9.6

I also once withdraw money from paypal to my maybank account..
only had to wait for 3 day..no problem at all..

u should call maybank for confirmation..

It cannot be convert into other currency..like MYR

u should receive the money by Friday if u withdraw on 21st..
or maybe tomorrow u get it..

For withdraw Paypal will charge you :
Below RM 400 = RM 3 charge
Above RM 400 = no charge
