You work in CS before? don't know shud i accept it or not

Yup last time in VADS. If no other offer accept first. 1 year well spent I should say. But if you are rushing to buy Civic/bungalow, then better look for other opportunity such as SO flex.gif

To hell with VADS. Their SQ team is shit LOL.

And their HR + interviewers are horrible, why I said so is because Telekom's CS from VADS can't even speak simple English (broken grammar) but nevermind still. What's worse is that these CS staffs are not attentive at all.

I remember my most recent case with TM call center
Friday night I called, I was told system under maintenance, they can't log case yet. So OK, fine.
On that time, I told the girl, "When your system is up, create the case and I want the case number."

This is her reply, "But sir, the system is down......."

I screamed at her, "EH KO NI TAK FAHAM BAHASA KE APA, NAK AKU CAKAP DALAM BAHASA CINA, TAMIL? I said I want the details WHEN YOUR SYSTEM IS UP."
Their interviewers are topkek bodo dunno how they screen staffs.

After that, this girl didn't create the case for me. Until Tuesday came my mother told me no one contacted her yet.
Called TM again and screw every single one including the manager.

------------

I'm a customer from hell, nasib baik Maxis is understanding. Their staffs more professional, compassionate and empathetic laugh.gif

Each time I call, I make sure I am not talking to CSO from VADS. When I call Celcom, I make sure they're not from AEGIS as well.

I don't suggest telco. Go into bank sector. You'll learn more useful stuffs. My two cents.

PM me if you wanna join bank sector.
Hahahahaha the irony kannnn 😂 My name busuk already at TM, confirm in their CRM aka Siebel got warnings at the first page. Lmao! Nowadays I call all take very nicely and carefully.

How to go into bank sector? As cs also?

Don't wanna comment much on aegis.

Bank sector if you know nuts, start from CS. Trust me you will learn a lot, it's always CS that learn most and more than those at branch.

if you are confident with your technical knowledge, understanding, verbal speaking and listening skills whynot?

if the pay is good why not?

bear in mind your work hours will kill your social life as you will be working during hours people are free.

hey, no worries..

1 full year wont affect ur mental much

yes it will bleed ur ears, tear ur heart, u will keep grudge on a customer u never met, u will punch a wall for no apparent reason, u hope that u have a death note with u when u entertaining a very annoying customer, u will blame all ur ancestor for all the customer foul words, u will start to learn how to curse badly on someone while smilling..so u see, its not that bad..

..but it worth gold for ur cv..u dunno how much soft-skill comm is crucial in current job demand..

been there done that..trust me on this..

so go try it..its worth it..
