What if I told you that Utd can play like City but just can't with Rooney around. As much as I appreciate his contribution, Utd has been carrying & to a lesser extent England, Rooney for the last 3 to 4 fcuking seasons. If Utd did well later tonight at Rotterdam, it won't be coz they play without Rooney & the same if they don't do well. Look at the bigger picture.
