Lets look at the practicality of these units facing car park.

The distance is approx 60feet between the car park building and the unit.
In terms of lighting, the building lights are not shinning directly at your unit and the trellis will negate the brightness somewhat.
And you are likely to pull down the curtains when you sleep
The lighting from the car head lamps are unlikely to affect you as i believe there are barriers that are 2 to 3 feet high. This will block out the light unless the car is a 4x4 or SUV where the barrier may not be high enough.

Bear in mind, 60feet is your typical distance between 2 rows of DSLH if you include the car poach (20feet road, 20feet car poach for your unit and 20feet for your opposite neightbor).

In terms of pollution, the car park building has 2088 car park bays and this I will be more concern. When the cap park is full at night, the heat from all the parts, the petrol smell, brakes dust etc will make it very unpleasant to leave the windows or balcony open.
Depending on wind direction and if there are any ventilation fans to direct the air away from the units, this is a concern.

I believe the distance of 60feet helps but to what extent i don't know.
Safe to assume that these units will need to have their windows close most of the time.
