Bank can process pre-approved loan based on the estimated loan amount. As long as the actual purchase price do not exceed the estimated price then shouldn't be any problem.
Worst case loan rejected after pay 10%, I think ppsb can only forfeit the 10% of what you pay. I.e. 1% of the purchase price. This post has been edited by Fortunekl: May 12 2017, 11:31 AM |
