if we lack all of that, we already lose/draw the 1st 3 game.but we show good performance right? so its not due to chemistry, we lacking creativity. the missing link between midfield and the striker. last 3 game we depend on hazard (mainly) and oscar too provide good ball (seldom) but vs liverpool, hazard tightly mark and oscar mia. so no one provide ball to costa.we need 1 2 more player who can ease hazard burden. that is what oscar and willian suppose to do but both mia. I know defense is the main concern right now but without proper balance we too can score any goal. maybe against lower team we can but top 10 will be harder. i hope alonso buckle up fast and speedy recovery for zouma.

for me, vs liverpool reveal both defend and attack departments have problems

defend:
-fragile, JT, Iva & Cahill above 30yo and very slow, always outrun by opponents
-hardly defend against set pieces anymore, poor & headless chicken clearance
-no leader at defend line to organize the defenders after JT injured
-gk's performance is dropping season by season

attack:
-lack creativity due to back 4
-rely on individual aka hazard & costa too much
-running cr8 space, but our no ball running is sux, usually stand there and waiting for ball
-wingers' crossings were pathetic

on David Luiz:
-more mature
-3 shots vs liverpool, the most shots in our team, it shows liverpool limited our attackers very well, which bring to my question, should D. Luiz do his work as Cb, stay at back or remain his offensive mind?

as for Luiz, I think he should take Cahill place along side JT..and slowly working towards Luiz-Zouma combo..

He inherited the never say die attitude from the old guards..not many players in the current squad that still have that kind of attitude, his passing also push the urgency to move the ball forward.

since defense is shite now just throw in the wild card. at least we know how good this alonso guy who can play anywhere in the back 4.

Conte prefers passing, defending and the important thing is work rate. Little creativity is needed. Thats why he prefer matic over fabregas.

being a Juve fan and I kinda support Chelsea in PL. I would love to see a 3 man def (this could be tricky, zouma, luiz and Cahill? Could be a make or break)

Azpi/Pedro and Willian/Moses on the both wings, Fab as a role similar to regista (Pirlo?), Matic and Kante in the mid, I would love to see Hazard behind Costa

Last season when all defender is fit, zouma is even ahead of cahill as a starter and i would love to see that again
