Cesc is a pin point pass static type of playmaker, while Oscar and Hazard can dictate the play while moving, they are much more mobile type of playmaker..of cuz their vision not as good as Cesc.

yeah, so I can see the point of playing Oscar and Matic..ahead of Cesc..no doubt Cesc is a much better player overall.
