Welcome. Since u said dark area, you have 2 option. Get prime lenses with big aperture(as streme21 suggested) or get a flash. I know some die hard ambient light fans who would never use a flash because of their unnatural look. However, i found that, with proper diffusion, flash light can light up your subjects in a beautiful way. As some other forumer pointed out somewhere, natural light can be ugly too, especially if u have to bump up the iso to increase your SS for fast action shot, which will induce lots of noise.

Went KLPF today and tested the XT-2. Got mind blown by this small Fuji camera. Everything is laid out nicely. Took me 5 - 10 minutes and after that I know where the controls are. Love the compactness and and the prime lens. Now I know why people are choosing this over Sony A FF.

But the pricing hmm 6.8k for body alone. This really sit on the premium upmarket, sitting in between the FF D750 and APSC D500. sweat.gif

I also tested the XT-1 and the AF seems sluggish. I read about a firmware update for the autofocus improvement on XT-1 and am not quite sure if the display unit is running the latest firmware. What are your experience in the AF department?

I'm not sure how poor it is to compare to X-T2 but it's more than enough for my usage. I don't take fast moving photos.

A used one is rather cheap. Some are going for around 2.3K now for minor scratches while mint condition goes for 2.6K. Definitely worthwhile considering if you plan to come over to the Fuji side rclxms.gif
