I dined at the Goon Wah restaurant in those shophouses some time back and saw a hoarded-up site when I drove out by the back road. The notice board up there mentioned commercial buildings at that time. Didn't realise that this is what is being built there.

From my experience there, that main road where the shophouses fronting it is prone to double-parking and not very easy to enter or exit. Wonder how those Palace Court condo folks endure this kind of congestion whenever they need to go in/out.

The other way is to do a U-turn below the flyover and enter from the road that is connecting this project to avoid the former.

both of it facing problem of the access.
but personally feel haruka mia access better a bit. innocent.gif
sama leasehold.

arena looks better in facility and design lo.
haruka low dens but design so so.

for this project... greatest issue is developer je... who is that and whether they are reliable to complete the project or not and workmanship how.... nearby there another project consider abandoned already.... see if u guys still dare to enter into purchasing prop with unknown developer....

personally staying in kuchai more than 10years. use to best location to excess to many highways and many shop near by especially makan place. problem come when property bomb ... all crazy development and also rumahwip built.

Developed by VIZIONE BHD a listed company in the KLSE. They do good work in infrastructure project.

This is their first residential project. Completion of the project should not be an issue.
