tis is more common that you thought.

lucky if developer has continued paying title or has done title transfer....

kalau tidak.....you cant sell or transfer title of the apartment, lagi jialat..........kepala pening de......

and often, authority mau the entire block owners to pay all outstanding assessment b4 they will transfer the title.......and this also is hardly happened.

Wow! I thought not well maintained. Didn't know it's totally no maintenance.

The terrance houses owners also will bidding with the sudden tall building in front.

the low cost flats i mentioned are those near Palace Court Condo one...if u go to parking floor, many sewerage pipes leaking and potholes everywhere
Palace Court Condo masih ada some units not sold yet.

and Palaca Court Condo punya facade is nicer than this 216 residences biggrin.gif

ya, those terrance houses open door then the whole condo blocking their house...apa good feng shui also block liao dry.gif

It is a tiny triangular land with proposed 10 units per floor ranging from 600sqft++ to 1,000sqft+-
but the weird thing is, based on the OSC portal, the last approval was "Pelan Sanitari" applied in December 2016 hmm.gif

i had viewed palace court internally, the workmanship is so so only, i would say below average for common area.

Also, there is lelong unit for Palace court now.

*APDL just obtain early of December 2017
