this developer give me little confidence when i saw they are main con for Sunway Property (2 Condo and 2 Terrance house) last time.

But all the while they are developing rumahwip, this is what i seen from their completed past records, so i dont know how they transform their workmanship into condo.hahahahaha .. Sorry, i might over worry and this is the things we cannot control as well.

Ya, I agreed, it is about luck and buying project always an imagination and a dream hahaha

Btw, we still have to choose the developer wisely, not those developer with bad records and reputation. This only things we can do lol

Hi, I just go to showroom yesterday.
This might be fake during that time (Nov 2019) because i still see almost the same today haha.
Well, just like previous post mentioned: Whatever we saw from the showroom might either just booking signed or SnP signed.

how about sentul ? DBKL is developing, is inside masterplan and YTL office buidling there , neart the MRT

if that road is really done, then it really reduce alot distance la, maybe become 1-1.5km.......

I saw a panel. I think developer want to sell those remain unit.

Anyone pass by there can see.
The smaller unit is 2 bed room and 2 bath for 300k.
The most expensive range up to 1.6 mil (may be the tallest, and more spacious unit)
