LOL, last week placed a rm500 booking fee to lock 1 unit..
then now being informed loan approved 90%, 2.95%

i havent even went to the sales gallery to check the surrounding area.

I think you could contact the developer directly . Visited the hq showroom last month. They left a small show office at ground floor to show their finishing like flooring and tiles. Was offered free documentation fee but have to bear the stamp duty. A-bit turned off with the package .

SA was chill and friendly , trying her best to answer the question . Left a few units.

Quite nice condo but quite jam area... 5 years back I can still smoothly use the traffic light, now after work, 6pm-8pm, don't consider to back home, you will regret your decision.

consider this project before but facility so-so and the layout not really nice and kinda weird, the facade looks really old school

Need to wait for Kuchai Sentral completed to have better connectivity walkway. Mrt2 not near, can take shuttle bus. If can walk still doable.
