accessories receipts that you got pasted with the codes, are entitled to be claimable, but i doubt you can claim unless you can prove it, try use voltage detector app like galaxy charging current or ampere and compared with ours. so far mine touch wood, is ok, using type c adaptive travel charger though.

I having the same defective unit issue as well. Just back from Gardens SC. Told him N7 rebooting and frozen issue. Without checking my unit, Straight away log the report and told me will be 1 to 1 exchange in 1 to 2 weeks time.
I think this is the common defective issue. So for those who is having the same issue, dun waste ur precious time to reset, shut down, reboot whatsoever to save the N7 like what I did. Pls pay a visit to SC.

with the Type C adapters/connectors from samsung w N7....make sure you've inserted into the port fully (no metal part of the connector should be showing....

Wahhh more case .... i think maybe we need to start a list and copy and paste all the nicknames of those infected ... at least we get a number here .... how long after you first get the phone this happened ? 1 day ? 2 days ?

i hv learned the lesson for new unit launched and purchased, even got free gifts..
<>Rm3k devise...make few trips to SC for phone issue..time-money consuming...
That's why Samsung delaying the rest delivery to next month.

Galaxy charging current, ummkay! Will look for it. Thanks anyway.

Type-c adaptive travel charger? You mean OEM type cable + travel plug or you bought a new one?

My problem only arises when I use travel adapter charger which is a micro-usb, paired with an extra type-c adapter given. Thats why I suspected either the cable or type-c adapter is the culprit.

Can't expect all pre-order units to be perfect.

I've uploaded a video of it on previous post. Got clicking sound proving that it has been inserted correctly. However, it still wobble and can be move left and right.

Pity you guys who have issues with the phone. If it were to happen to me, I'd be terribly frustrated and disappointed too..

Hope the issues will be resolved soon..

Btw, if you are around your original charger (not free 1) can you pls show your result as I am not anywhere near it. Only have the travel adapter charger with me.

After 2 days of minimum usage. As I have been using my old phone while waiting my nano simcard to be activated.

Mine happen after..
i got myphone on 18th.. using happily...
19th whole day use happily... then at night update 180mb.
20th morning start having problem...
Today beh tahan dy send in SC.

I tried to google such issue but surprisingly, i couldnt find any. If this is a huge problem to Samsung, i believe it is everywhere on the net already. Could it be only Malaysia set?

mine to share ur last 3/4 digit ssrial number..maybe certain batch got qc problem
