where got stock for Note 7 ?

I having the same defective unit issue as well. Just back from Gardens SC. Told him N7 rebooting and frozen issue. Without checking my unit, Straight away log the report and told me will be 1 to 1 exchange in 1 to 2 weeks time.
I think this is the common defective issue. So for those who is having the same issue, dun waste ur precious time to reset, shut down, reboot whatsoever to save the N7 like what I did. Pls pay a visit to SC.

Mine also. Correct at 18/08 then 19/08 after firmware update my note 7 keep rebooting then send to samsung service center @ the mines. So disappointed.

just sharing my personal opinion..

i'll probably not go with any warranty extension including screen crack thingy.

from what i understand, GG5 is software, so not so prone to crack from drops. but it's more prone to scratches due to its nature being softer.

i see more likely the Note7 wll get scratches because of the pen.

unless that screen protection program also covers scratches, else... kinda waste. unless an year end, purposely go damage the screen and claim...

i think this program more suitable for those harder GG... probably earlier gen Note or even S7.

but ya... maybe still consider the one extra year hardware warranty. though my experience with Samsung equipment (including non smartphone stuff), they can last many years...

Note7 is selling so well - that the market release has been pushed back to September

To those that their phone hang and auto reboot...did you put in your micro sdcard? Try take out your sdcard and see if the phone still rebooting.

I got this problem on my old Note4. Put in 64GB sandisk sdcard the phone start rebooting. Take out sdcard the phone work fine. Then I bought and put in a Samsung 128GB sdcard and the phone still working without a single reboot till now.

Just sent my phone to Kuantan SC. Told them my freeze and restart problem. They asked to format the phone and give it a try. Told them i tried format it myself, then they tell me their format method is different...lol...
In the end, after format still the same. Left my phone there for inspection..
now only can wait for the response.

Any issue with factory reset? Have done factory reset 2 times my note7...

Anyone face auto restart in your note 7? Mine was half way doing something then nothing is able to function including the physical buttons then it auto restart. Since got the device until now I think auto restart more than 10 times...

However, it only works when your finger is placed at the right position over the sensor. It's does not recognised your fingerprint 100% of the time and that's the same with the iPhone 6S Plus. On the other hand, the iPhone 6S Plus seems to deliver better results than the Note 7
