He/she is using the charger that came together with Note 7....which by definition is not a true type c charger.... just the end connected to the phone happens to be type c.....
It shakes when fully inserted the the socket on your phone maybe broken...
as an alternative try inserting fully into the "free" battery pack as well....if it just the same then it is likely that you have a faulty usb-c connector....
b.t.w....you should have 3 usb cables to test...and also 2 micro usb to usb-c adapters...
I haven't try the battery pack yet, but I have tried multiple cable chargers/adapters such as :
1) Type-c standard charger given in the box :
-it wobbles.
-can charge.
2) Free travel charger (microusb) with a microusb > type-c adapter given in the Note 7 box, :
-it wobbles.
-
it does affect charging process (disconnection)
-affects data transfer to a pc too. (disconnection)
3) Note Edge (previous phone) cable charger (microusb) with a microusb > type-c adapter given in the Note 7 box :
-it wobbles.
-
does not affect the charging process.
4) Remax microusb > type-c cable :
-can charge.
-fits perfectly.
5) Remax microusb > type-c adapter :
-can charge.
-fits perfectly.
*** A friend of mine bought Xiaomi microusb > type-c adapter,
-it wobbles
-can charge.
As a conclusion to my testings, it is safe to say that I WAS PROVIDED with :
1) a shimmy type-c charger AND type-c adapter.
2) faulty (or a 3rd party) microusb cable. (freegift)
*** Remax type-c cable & type-c adapter are seems to be the only working solution at the moment.
EDITED :
Gif image : type-c adapter + Note Edge microusb cable. However it doesnt get disconnected.
