Global shortage and spare-part isn't here yet. Won't get 1 to 1 replacement. But usually they will fix the problem. In some cases, less than 2 hours can get your device already. Samsung service now is really fast.

yes i know but i think we as customer should get 1 to 1 replacement coz have waste many day cant use the product(for those that get reboot issue).thats my though on the matter only may diff from other.

Don't get it. Peeling at the edges even with my Ringke Slim. Will be much worse for other thicker cases.

wanna let go my ringke clear fushion case..not my type of case. i bought rm70. just try once but not my type. use slime ringke case..nice fit to my black onyx smile.gif
