usually...1st batch sure got X number of defects....

only whn ppl bought it....ppl started complaining...thn 2nd batch onward..it will improve..

look at note 5...tht s-pen stuck inside...later batches fixed the issue..

Yah, most likely if my bestsuit cheap screen protector spoils, I'm getting the one from mobile fitters from pavillion or Sunway as got warranty. The ones from overseas very hard to get warranty.

Pretty sure it's just a small number of defect. Social media magnifies everything into like it's a big issue.

RM160 for clear
RM200 for matte.

So yours have correct 10% for clear coating. Frustrated that I didnt get the RM20 off sad.gif But nvm, lifetime warranty already a good deal. Hope they wont close anytime soon! LOL

Does the mobile fitters immune from lifting up issue with casing? Say if i take out the phone from casing a few times, will it affect the SP?

wow,8k unit.hopefully anyone that get defect unit get 1 to 1 replacement.customer really deserve to get it.
