Submitted my docs 23/2, status changed to Sedang Diproses too

My docs sent on 28 feb, now still layak diproses.

Mine got updated to Sedang Diproses, last checked today. Submitted on 9th Feb and status not updated until today.

Those that are yet to submit document to KWP better do so before 9 March. I heard that's probably the cut off date for those that will be call for balloting this coming 20/3. Of coz if layak tapisan la .

I submitted on 19th Feb, status still not updated

I think it will take some time for them to update from sedang diproses to layak diundi.

Mine submitted 13 February. Still under layak diproses.

Just to share with you since I live nearby there.

1. The nearest place with shop lots and eating places are either Segambut or Desa Sri Hartamas. I usually drive to Desa Sri Hartamas for food.

If you live at a higher floor, the view actually is quite nice. You can see the night lights of KL. But if you at a lower floor, I think you can only see the malay kampung or the highway

You'll also noticed 2 tone environment because 1 side is Mont Kiara and another site is actually Segambut Dalam. This RumahWIP is actually situated in Segambut Dalam. Segambut Dalam is a malay kampung area with lots of bangalas. As you go nearer to the international school, you'll notice more foreigners instead.

2. There's only 2 routes. Coming out from the small road, turning left will lead you to Segambut. Right would be to the international school. Currently traffic is bad during office hours cause nearby condos all coming out and using the same road. Can't imagine when rumah WIP is completed.

3. So far I only know there's 2 international school nearby. The nearest school and kindergarten would be Kepong or Segambut area already. Nearest supermarket would be Jaya Grocer at The Verve or 1 Mont Kiara plaza. Further than this would be Solaris or Publika area.

There is one now selling.. condo.. I maybe getting one. Maybe u will like to look at it too.. very close to klcc.. selling 600k++.. for the kind of location I think is good..

Ya I also confused haha, the sales agent at uems said 20th is launching but rumawip called me asked to come for balloting on the 20th
