Anyone has the pic of the access road? I remember it being very narrow before.

Pass by just now. The muddy road leading into condo is now proper tar road but it's bloody small. Looks more like a one way road than 2 way. One side is bon Kiara, another side is twy. Macam no space to expand ady. Unless bon Kiara or twy mercy enough to expand the road?
GG if both make their own exclusive entrance and decide to leave that narrow road as it is

Quite surprised on this project. I pass by everyday while taking Duta toll and noticed progress has been quite slow lately. Don't think UEM is facing cash flow issue so not sure why they don't VP earlier?

Almost booked this project in June 2018, but got the lowest unit facing highway, so ended up with another rumawip in 2019.

Surprised that KK is not VP yet, mine already VP almost 2 years now.

if you look at below video by Bon Kiara. at 20 seconds it shows 4 lanes for Jalan Haji Hamzah. at 35 seconds it shows Jalan Kiara 3 still being 2 lanes next to their entrance.
