Went to visit the site a few days back. Honestly not sure what's the attraction to the place other than the 'Mont Kiara' address.
Issues;
1. Too far away from the commercial/cafe areas of Mont Kiara so walking there is a no no. Only feasible way is via cars which is a problem because..
2. Bloody narrow road! UEM definitely has to widen that road otherwise no way in hell residents can survive with 2nd/3rd cars parked outside ala Residensi Pandanmas. Can only imagine in the morning when everyone is exiting the junction to head to work. Bloody nightmare!

half road is Jalan Kiara 3, half road is Jalan segambut Dalam, Richmood, Aston Kiara 3, Sefina, Inspirasi all also on Jalan Segambut Dalam๐

the latest one Allevia @ UEM Sunrise also with postcode 51200, 1700sf selling price rm1.5m also no care about postcode, KK no need to worry too much one day the whole road will call Jalan Kiara 3, along the road still have Bon Kiara, TWY2 project in future๐

Have checked all those developments you mentioned. Fun fact but those owners thought Jalan Segambut Dalam would be converted to Jalan Kiara 3 7-10 YEARS ago. As a side note if anyone wants to buy for own stay in the area check out Aston Kiara 3. Asking price is now below 400 psf, VP-ed 2011 and freehold somemore. Still want to invest in the area? ๐คฃ

You're okay with properties launching at 600++ psf and now going for around 370-ish psf? If that doesn't tell you how bad that side of 'Mont Kiara' is for investment then I don't know what will..

Quite surprised on this project. I pass by everyday while taking Duta toll and noticed progress has been quite slow lately. Don't think UEM is facing cash flow issue so not sure why they don't VP earlier?
