I've got my K800 for almost 3 months but only recently I'm trying to transfer some pic from hp to pc. So here's my problem, I've install the driver and also pc suit. However, everytime I pluged in my phone I just can't get my phone connected to PC Suit. Weird thing is, my phone showed I'm connected to USB but my pc doesn't. FYI, I used the windows new hardware wizard thingy,chose automatic search to install all the drivers. Plz help?? Thx in advance.

Is it only me or you guys having same problem upgrading the latest firmware

think it might be you. i managed to update it in around... erm.. half an hour i think. surely not around 1hr... that's too long already

my experience... first time plug it in, it'll install all the necessary drivers from the CD
after that, i don't even need the PC Suite or whatever to connect to my phone
it'll work like any other thumb drive or USB devices

Why so weird? Are you using Win XP? I'm using Win XP with SP2 so far so good, glitch free. My rig detected the phone immediately.

Did you manage to install all the drivers? I counted 4 if i'm not mistaken.

I've installed everything, then only i found out that its not necessary.
I straight away handle it like a pendrive, transfering ringtones, pictures and mp3 through pull n drag.
