temporary solution for those new users who haven't gt the silvery thing off yr d-pad......if u hav a crsytal casing then it's good. Find yrself a nice transparent plastic sheet, den cut it to a suitable size(bigger than the hole of the keypad on the crsytal casing), den place it on the keypad den close yr crsytal casing. U'll have a plastic sheet protecting yr keypads. Same goes for the camera lens, u can use plastic sheet to protect it.

not a good idea to protect your lens using a plastic. instead, why not get yourself a lens protector?! especially Martin Fields, guarantee won't affect picture quality. certain plastic might affect the quality. smile.gif

Erm.......i think how u use it will make it wear off sooner or later. Maybe sweat or dirty hands makes it happens faster. sad.gif Actually i always work outside my office, so environment is different. Maybe those who doesn't hv problem with D-pad stay indoor most off the time, i presume. smile.gif
