Hi people, some news for ya. I just got back from Jakarta, seems over there the price of an 810 has dropped recently.

I was quoted Rp 2,500,000 for an ori set, which at a forex rate of 0.4 is about RM1000.

Been kicking myself for not buying it since coming back and looking at the prices the greedy shops here are charging. shakehead.gif Bloody Sony is charging RM1299, the same freakin price since mid last year. Unbelievable.

sonystyle price doesnt change much
their price quoted higher than the phone shops out there mostly
only good thing in sonystyle is, they charge 0% cc charge

but still, given a chance, i rather get from outside than from sony rolleyes.gif

I totally agree with you.

The point I was making was, the price in Jak was quoted by the official Sony Ericsson shop (in Senayan City), which can be equated to our Sony Style (official shop, right?).

Thing is, their official Sony is willing to drop the price, but not our Malaysian Sony! Greedy bastards rolleyes.gif

Different standards of living ma..
In Aus the phones are at least 20% more expensive than in msia, also a normal single sms cost RM0.75
Can't compare like this, else will never be satisfied, just be thankful our income tax is one of the lowest, and also pray that the security here will improve

Gosh....i dropped my eiten juz now cry.gif cry.gif cry.gif Luckily nothing bad happen esp. the screen, i mean still scratchless but the MS cover a bit loose already. The MSPD bumped out from the slot, gosh...looks like hit with great impact.

Juz now i try to plug with HPM-70, the respone time slow a bit at first but after few times trying seems like ok, so far....DOn't know the internal part got any problem or not? sad.gif If anything goes wrong is it under warranty?

Edit: Anything else i should check?
