Whee~~~ Just got my White W810i a few days ago ... at RM1,240 (a bit overpriced), but the salesperson assured me everything's original and got free gifts too (Wang Lee Hom DVD, Shirt, Cap, Chain) hehe

Guess the RM50 extra is for those lol

Oh ya, he told me some other shops can sell at lower prices becoz everytime you ask them to lower the price for u, they can do it but they'll change the accessories (from original to pirated copies). Not sure if this is true or not ... but I think I better pay extra a bit for "safety reasons".

Got my keypad changed at lowyat recently, the words on the keypad peeled off and the silver round button looked pathetic.

I was told that it was an ori keypad (paid RM35 for it), it looks identical to the ori keypad except that the silver activity button on the right is instead orange and has a white X on it. I haven't noticed any difference with the touch after using a few days and I SMS a lot. Can anyone confirm if its ori or not? It doesn't really matter to me because its functioning well but I'm just curious.

yea, i also had bad experience with crystal casing with my previous phone, it gave the hp more scratches

now still using crystal casing, will switch to silicon casing when i get the chance to go out
