I have got a call from UOB to submit doc for pre application. Now they want to screen the applicants n take out those that are not eligible

why is the showroom taking too much time to complete? first they say will be ready on September. now almost December already, still haven't complete

They only started the construction of the showroom in September and should be ready in December.

Three months to build a showroom from scratch is actually quite good already.
