location for now maybe no so promising but future sure connect from kajang 2 or the small ktm tunnel there.

make sure dont get those unit facing ktm track

i think CHS swap all there low and low medium cost compliance for all their project in balakong and bmc here.

let see if launch will need sign 2 spa or not. (standard price + reno package)

the eco majestic this yesr launched their small size simpofni 800ft2 at rm260k also need sign 2 spa.

very pandai developer nowaday.

Interesting for own stay. Loan legal fees usually how much from the loan amount?

Still calculating on how much cash need to spend to secure one unit.

10 acres land by CHS. you will have tough competition. but 1000ft2 is very good for own stay.

A plus side is that less facilities means less maintenance cost.
