I thought so too since lift got 4 but phase 1 got 3 only although same quantity of units per floor.

Wahh so cheap..Rumah Selangorku Type D also rm250k already..

But 14 floors for each block and every floor 27 units? Berapa panjang daa dia punya corridor..hehe mcm hospital maybe? Also each block 645 units x 2blocks = 1290units? Donno what is the density (unit/ac) would it be..

But with price like that i think is OK..near ukm n ktm some more... good2

This project is called Sheffield @ Kajang Parc.
I went there during launching of phase 1 (actually placed a cheque for booking half a year ago), reached around 9.30am Sunday and got a number of 80 in the queue, luckily managed to secured a unit B-10-28.

Went to the showroom on 17th Dec only to find out we got the phase 2 unit. We paid 1k booking around Sept. We did not have time to come earlier to choose unit so during launching day we got whats left for us haha.. Well many people were disappointed (those did not pay 1k booking) as it was sold out so fast!
So far only CIMB contacted us.
