Already saw the layout and location.
Got 6 lifts per floor. Guess should be ok. Decided to grab one. Hopefully the outcome is satisfying. |

Just checked with developer yesterday the SPA signing for Phase 1 (Block A & B) is by end of March 2017 while Phase 2 (Block C & D) is mid or end of April 2017.
Anyone know whats the lowest rate for bank loan for this project? |
