Really disappointed with the hotlink service which is not listen to the customer voice. Rule is rule but can be change if you willing help without harm

and i dont wish to change to other telco
please advise me how to resume it back beside changing the plan to postpaid
as i am currently at overseas and i wont be manage to utilise it even i change to postpaid and the sim card is with me now

and keep asking us to change to postpaid, hotlink is so bad that are only know how to sucks our money but not taking customer at care

such a stupid way.......so disappoint in maxis here u go my RM90 over balance and i call up since u guy said only way to get back the number is change to postpaid

I'm reactivating my number by signing up to the cheapest Maxis One Plan (RM98) just to keep my number. Once it's active, I'll port my number out to another carrier.

If Maxis didn't make this easier for consumer, then they wouldn't see so many churns.

Just lost another customer here. I've been a customer with them since 2006!

My hotlink number has been deactivate also. Can you please help me to reactivate the my hotlink number.
I'm overseas at the moment. My last top up is RM10.00 on 31st May 16 and I have the sim card with me.
