They did for me and I got a new sim pack to use temporary while waiting 5 days.

really dissapointed with hotlink prepaid been a loyal customer for years and just found out my number got expired without any form of warning or sms notification to enable me to top up quickly call customer service spoke to the customer service manager is also hopeless @maxislisten better change to @maxisdontlisten

We regret to inform that reactivation is no longer available due to SKMM direction. Please walk in to the nearest Maxis Center/authorized dealer to purchase a new SIM pack if you wish to get a new Hotlink number.
