We are sorry to inform that we are no longer able to reactivate any expired prepaid number effective from 11th Oct 2017. You are either purchase the new SIM pack with new number at any of our Hotlink Dealer OR walk-in to any of our Maxis center to check on the number availability to be register as postpaid only.

I'm currently in Singapore and the sim card is already expired because I've been here for few months never go back to MAlaysia and I forgot to check. Please be advised that It is regretful to inform you that we are unable to reactivate back expired Hotlink number. Alternatively you / your Family or Friends may walk in to Maxis Centre to get back the number as postpaid only and this transaction only can be done at a Maxis Centre. Once you are back from overseas you may do a transfer of ownership.


Note that the number will be subject to Availability.

Regret to inform that we are unable to reactivate expired prepaid as a prepaid service again. Exceptionally, we can help to reactivate as postpaid service and you will need to use postpaid for a min of 6 mths before can convert back to prepaid. Kindly walk in to the nearest Maxis Centre to check on number availability and to proceed with registration.
