Currently I am having bill - RM140 for 4Mbps (I think the contract ended last year), what should I do?
Please guide the steps so I also can change it

Is it still possible to get RM88 for 4mb? If yes how to get for existing streamyx?
And what's the discount for those income below RM1500? thanks.

Finally 8Mbps/RM140 upgrade has been successful today after a lot of argues...
Need to check next month's bill however to know.
Consider to be very lucky since some cannot upgrade from 4Mbps to 8Mbps or even stuck to 1Mbps due to infrastructure issues.

At last got free upgrade, from 1Mbps to 4Mbps-pay RM110(still f*cking expensive)

Mcb TM, it's already difficult to try upgrade streamyx plan let alone getting unifi at my place.

I have to wait for someone in my Taman to unsubscribe their faster broadband speed then I can go apply.

I want to apply 8mbps but ended up settling with 4mbps. To even get 4mbps I have to wait a few years for them to offer me.

Why I wait for them to offer me? Because bloody TM didn't do jack shit when I ask for upgrade multiple time.

"Maaf tuan, habis port" which was their default reply every time I ask them.

We didn't apply for slower broadband because we wanted to, because you TM pieces of shit monopolise my area and give us no alternative and remained stagnant. Bloody hell.

my friend although live luar bandar, but his salary almost rm4k or more.. he can apply the 4mbps for rm88..
my house not yet bandar still cannot get the 4mb rm88 package.. also my salary below rm2k

Malaysian telcos will never reward loyal existing customers wan la. Because they get nothing if they reward them and if they don't, those customers will not switch anyway

Already submitted complain on cfm early today. Now waiting.

after report to cfm,, my streamyx 8mb price reduced from 160 to 140... she told me i had a good record on payment since 2008 and deserve to get this discount.. she told me also not to tell other people..      too bad my area doesn't have unifi..

To get 4Mbps-RM110 - (my experience).You need subcribe Streamyx blockbuster 1Mbps, then they will upgrade to Streamyx Blockbuster 4Mbps.

1.Complaint to CFM website say " Why i need pay RM110 for 1Mbps when other pay 1Mbps-RM68 and 4Mbps-RM88. Feel cheat with TM."

2.After you make a complaint they will send email/replay
3.After you received replay from TM,  replay at CFM website,
"disappoint with TM answer/offer because it expensive, i just want cheap package or fair price either 1Mbps-RM68 or 4Mbps-RM88. Why i need pay more when other can pay less."

4.After that, maybe they will call and offer 4Mbps-RM110. You decide want take or not.

I think TM willing to upgrade SPEED but not downgrade PRICE because they need maintain/increase the PROFIT.
Just dont mention about package super-duper saving. If not they will offer you 4Mbps-RM130.
And also please don't close the report at CFM Website if you don't get the offer.

TM did call me yesterday and they told me nothing they can do. The promo for 4Mbps @RM88 is ended. No free upgrade or discount for me as well.

So I write an email again to CFM, I am not satisfied with TM's respond.

Not sure when, i googled it up.
