why scary? we user need exercise our rights. Just send cfm complaint, later got TM call to you. Just say everything on first page on this thread and you feel so not fair treated like this.

My this month's bill, which reduced to RM130 (without gst yet). I doesn't need to go TMPoint to terminate or re-apply. TM billing account will adjust it for you in the forward month.

Those paying RM 160+ for 8Mbps, or RM 140+ for 4Mbps, just use the cfm method to get fair treatments. Streamyx still have the same price for ages, it's 2016 and yet they still ask us to pay old expensive rates, with reduced quality somemore. Get your RIGHTS!

Can directly send complaint to CFM website, just refer to my first post on how to report, the template used and how to get the discount nod.gif .. at first they will say yours not eligible..bla bla bla, only for new users (shoot them with so old users treated like what la?) bla bla..and attempt to close your cfm report..

Just DON'T let them close your CFM report, kindly just INSIST you want the discount, else you say will send another cfm report.
