TMNET or streamyx sweat.gif ..if you just terminate streamyx, you can still keep your landline afaik. Unless the rule changed.

this thread mainly for those only stuck with streamyx .. no use to advertise maxis better, time better or unifi.

basically no point asking others to migrate to other bband provider if there is no coverage except streamyx..

since tm cakap my area will get unifi around end of next year (if only, since they can't even confirm if there's any), annnnd unifi users keep getting discount like only pays rm 18x (from other unifi terek) for 30Mbps (next year promo), while 8Mbps pays up near RM16x-17x/m.

So push more on CFM, and refuse to close down the report until
- got unifi
- reduced more streamyx.

Due to I'm students, no budget to pay so high, wish to nego a bit.. If RM 50 acceptable.. TM contractor says "Never mind la.. Once you have that budget, you call back TM 100.." But the monthly bill I still need to pay even through totally no connections... ranting.gif

After nego, still more than RM100, but slightly reduce RM 30, turn RM 120 settle internal wiring. Due to no connections within 3 or 4 days, I have rushing my school assignment. No choice, ask them to do...

But I found from website eventually not so high cause around RM100. Max RM70+ a bit can settle the problem... I am seriously not satisfaction, macam tipu customers, write CFM and SKMM and TM HQ shoot about like this...
Any suggestions or any idea around the cost of internal wiring?

more likely like the contractor try to "earn" extra..as like astro installers, afaik they don't charge customers for wiring (correct me if im wrong), just call 100 for verification on charges..if they got charge you extra, then lodge a report on skmm/cfm.

so anyway got my rebate due to *keep downtime* and different TMPoint gave different answers on my 8Mbps request (no chance of seeing unipai here so asking for 8Mbps instead)

1. TMPoint said my cable length is too long from DSLAM (lol k, my friend 2KM+ can get 8Mbps)
2. Another TMPoint said can support but port full.

ikr, but for me I just straight ask on their official twitter @TMConnects .. most of their dept doesn't link or update each other. some dept said can upgrade/free promo..then on tech dept said cannot.
