Guys, what else can I do, TM refuses to give discount after almost a month complain at CFM website.

This is so unfair to me, I can't get free speed upgrade, and no discount for me as well.

already at 8mb/s.

so if cannot get double speed for same price anymore, can we get half price for same speed?

There is no choice for me, either Streamyx, or no internet at all.

I had reported to CFM website regarding household income below RM1000 eligible for 4Mbps/RM88 package on 30/11. Today 02/12, I just received call from TM to entertain my query. She said they will check my area whether the line supports the 4Mbps speed or not. if yes, perhaps TM will upgrade the package accordingly.

I used to complain via cfm about no unifi available in my area and TM replied that my area will be include in next HSBB project subject to gomen approval, estimate date complete July 2017 (just wait and see)

Hello, if i follow u the steps and report it to MCMC will it require any of the income information? Because the notice wrote at there ONLY FOR PEOPLE INCOME UNDER 1500MYR.If my income more than 1500myr can i report it??

Mine is the 4Mbps streamyx at RM88/mth promo type 
It was the only serviceable broadband for my area when I signed up (besides crappy PenxangFon), but recently my area already got TIME broadband, 100Mbps at RM150..... So I see TM is facing pressure to reduce its price in many areas to stay competitive, but TIME obviously is the king of value and speed with their current 100Mbps package

too bad. yesterday received call from TM and my father house is not eligible for the upgrade as the promotion has ended.

they only offer 2Mbps/RM110 and 4Mbps/RM130. Still not worth for upgrade.

sigh, even we are using CFM to complaint still cannot ask for fair treatment.

The TM's surprise shit for Streamyx customers is really confusing. If a particular customer is already subscribed to their 8mbps package and unlikely for Unifi fiber optic cable to be installed any sooner, I wonder to which 'package' they are going to upgrade that user to.

Perhaps a new Streamyx speed like 12mbps and/or 18mbps for rural areas?

Yea I agree. What happens to current 8mbps subscribers that ain't getting Unifi anytime soon? Please don't tell me free Hypptv packages. Please don't.

as long as i got this sms...regardless when they finished unifi installation, i am still entitled for the free speed upgrade (30 to 50Mbps) next year right ?

FYI, my area has plan for unifi installation but unsure whether will complete before 31 Dec 2016 as per tm agent.

im paying expensive bill every month and i get only 1mpbs.. i went to TM point to check 5 years ago and this time i went there again and they still give me the same answer..  no port, unsupported... unable to change to even 2mpbs...

most unifi user will get free upgrade, but streamyx get nothing when we pay an expensive subscription fee per mbps compare to unifi. they treat streamyx user like SXXX, this is UNFAIR TREATMENT.  we should reflect this / do a online petition and complain to mcmc.
