guess TM can only offer to set my package super jimat streamyx, like RM 130(havent gst) for 4Mbps. Which previously they said only for new users (new name only)..see..boleh pulak diaorang buat? This time I recorded the audio, for future reference in case they doesn't kotakan janji lol.

They even sent me physical mail saying the 88Mbps exists, but only for those household income less than rm1500/m..but still doesn't mention about others (like some users also paying rm88/m)

meh, monopoly..so yeah..unless some yb, ppl with name...and now we're stuck to same thing :|

is it worth the hassle to save the rm10 monthly for registering new name for 4 Mbps ? e.g from rm140 to rm130 without gst yet

bad news - but my area streamyx can only support up till 4 Mbps...so they changed my monthly subscription fee to RM130/month...well i guess it's better than nothing

at least now they said can reduce, lel..unlike last time they said need to terminate and reapply under new name.. see..it doesnt require us to terminate..they actually can do it..

i guess they do it due to sudden spike of complaint in skmm? keep pressing them. laugh.gif
