If you set playmaking on Friday, before the training update, then all get playmaking. This is for Senior team of course.

Well youth matches is normally 1 matches per week, except that once every 3 weeks you get additional friendly match. So normally its 90 minutes per week.

Hattrick had inform that for the friendly match, youth still get training, but the actual extend, ie % is unknown. So in that case it is possible for youth to get more than the 100% training. But not possible to senior team. Well, youth learns faster. smile.gif

Hmm ok thanks...I tembak tembak saja...agak agak...but at least i know senior's 1 week training starts from friday to friday. I will rotate players to receive better trainings.

Added on July 10, 2009, 3:46 pmI had a youth match yesterday but i only got to "reveal" 3 of my youth players's goalkeeping and playmaking today(i trained playmaking and goalkeeping). But the 3 players i revealed are goalkeeper(revealed playmaking), defender(revealed goalkeeping) and winger(revealed playmaking) whom played the last match. Is that a training result?

Its partly training result, but since its your first training, it is a more scouting result, ie coach tell what the current level skills are. When the skills improved the coach will inform that it had increased, so that is a more 'training' result.

No, use their primary skills for senior team.

Goalkeeping - goalkeeper
Defending - defender
Winger - winger
Playmaking - midfielder
Scoring - forward

As their skills is already known, no need rotation etc.

Have you find your trainee for the senior team? What are you planning to train to make money?

Not really, you need both ways to make good money.
1. Youth academy trainees.
2. Senior team trainees.

Both you need to train and sell.

Training senior team looks like do not help much at the short term, yes, but it is vital for the long term development. For Senior team best to start with goalkeeper training or winger training. Since training is much faster you can get quick money fast and do not require heavy investment.

I started with playmaking, much later I made much money training goalkeeper, after some money I switched back to playmaking. But the switch to playmaking was after many seasons, maybe 1 year in real life time. So you need very much to stick to 1 skill for some time, at least few months to be profitable. Best around 4 seasons.

Right now I'm training playmaking, maybe till forever. smile.gif

Youth team depends on the player I have, so when I discovered that I got 5 stars young forward, I trained scoring and passing, until the youth promote. Then I move on the the next promising player. So now I am training youth winger and passing.
Many senior players trained their senior team the same skills for many season, which is the best way. Like Darkmage trained defending, crazykid trained scoring, goldfries trained goalkeeper (until now maybe?). So you also can buy from each other, when you want defender ask Darkmage, forward asked crazykid etc.

Yes, youngster trained faster, so your senior team trainee should be 17 to maybe 19 years old. When player gets older they learn slower and when they reach 27 years old and more their skills decline.

Quite correct there, well if you are really lucky you maybe able to sell passable players, but below that, just fire them. smile.gif
