Wow.. really congested la this area once after Sky Awani 3,4,5 completed with this.

MH Platinum is JV between Platinum and Ming Heng Motor (I believe MH is land owner). Their first project is at Jalan Gombak next to Prima Setapak 2 and Chong Hwa School.

So many places so crazy packed in the future. Jalan Kepong, Jalan Sentul Pasar, Jalan Gombak and now here at Jalan Usahawan leading to the already jam Jalan Genting Klang as main road.

I think this project will be digested eventually.
The population of KL increasing drastically every year...
Other state in Malaysia only leftover with old / self employed entities.
Most youngsters already migrated into KL, ulu area ppl save money to spend in here as well.

KL mantap.

Not really first home.. I have more than 10 properties in my name, but still can buy Rumawip because I sold off all my properties in KL when I bought Kiara Kasih Rumawip.

It's just last piece of property that I want to retain in KL.. not really investment, after 10 years only can sell..

Hm.. I think this area is worst than Jalan Sentul Pasar, Jalan Gombak, Jalan Kepong. There are existing PPR, SkyAwani 3 (1900 units), Sky Awani 4 (1700), MH Platinum (1800 units) and there are so many vacant land next to/opposite Selangor Petwer....

The Jalan Usahawan towards to Jalan Genting Klang how to cater the traffic???

And I tot new government is controlling the density of the project? Or they dont?

Kl population influx la.. Who want to remain in ulu when kl brcoming more n more prosperous?

U see the jakarta also want to move to kalimantsn d becos they want to live with the kangaroos there.

More houses does not mean population increase in direct proportion.

There are many new completed project where occupancy rate is very low.

Indonesia want to move their capital because Jakarta is sinking due to excessive intake of groundwater.. and theu also want to establish more centeric capital in the great Indonesia..

Well, is leasehold, so no matter what just 99 years.

And frankly, by the time 99 years also the building also don know can still sustain or not.

Anyway, from what I see, is 2 floors per month, but mind you, this is just parking, so I not really sure whether they can maintain the same momentum once they hit the residential floor.
