For me, central park and sports complex not really key changer, not really high impact..

I hope they can work hard on the commercial grants to bring in quality tenants, this is the element that can bring people to move into the township...

Anyhow, this is the golden opportunity to lobby / request / ask / seek / solicit / appeal / plea / demand / summons (sorry again for open extended plagiarism) of such grants, since most purchasers are around..

To bloat something in a project that not even entitle for it, looks to me would be unprofessional.
