Setia City mall in EH2? Where shall it be located? Next to Majestic city?

I believe should have coordination between SPS and EW, especially in terms of mall construction.

Based on the info I received, currently EH 2 only focus on house / landscape planning and excution, no solid planning on the commercial yet..

Commercial planning team currently full force on the Ecohill walk in EH 1.

Anyhow, might be wrong, ikan bilis dun have fibre optic to dig deep info.. sweat.gif sweat.gif

Hehehe... In addition to SEH + EM, a lot of rumuors on commercial development going on in Semenyih now, not sure how true ler..

1.) AEON no need to say already, spread since 2009/2010..

2.) NSK trade city, shall be located in vista valley Semenyih

3.) Econsave hypermarket, shall be located at the plot of land opposite Setia Ecohill or infront L'Marq

4.) Segi Fresh grocery market, shall be located between Honda showroom and McD. Some construction works going on now with some banners..

How many can be realized, let's wait and see.. brows.gif

Huh... then maybe you really need to call the lawyer and ask what's the problem..

my one is Teh kim teh salina, quite efficient... If not mistaken, within 3 months after signing already get the stamped SPA and DMC.
