It will be great IF EM can accomodate to start the dinner sharp and end it says around 8.30pm and then prepare the badminton final live on the big screen and in the Residence Club for its guests to watch right after the dinner! All gather together in EM to shout and show the support for LCW!

Speaking of commercials, nowadays township developers have expedited the development of commies ie after the launch of first two or three residential phases / precints rather than waiting the houses delivered first like old days.  This is good for the development of the township and also the residents.  Taking EM for example I think the timing is quite nice ie Cradleton VP in 4Q16/1Q17 then taking few months for defect rectification and reno and then slowly move in whereas Ivoris will then VP in 2Q17 and without holding too long can consider start the biz along with the gradual vp of other precints like Tenderfields and Merrydale.

Just yamcha with my friend just now - she worked in sp setia and informed that sp will build one setia walk at EH1 and setia city mall at EH2.. seems quite confirm.. any taikor can also confirm with their sales if catch chance.. haha

The very first time when I saw the model masterplan of SEH2 in the Welcome Centre, I noticed there was a "mall" labelled but in the subsequent visit I saw that label removed.

Shouldn't have so many malls within the same vicinity bah..unless SEH 1&2 and EM have been fully occupied then that might still works...pray hard that ecohill walk will be a successful one

I like the landscape and the master plan layout of the entire development. My only concern was whether the value will appreciate in a near future or not..

The Ivoris and Brighton will be adequate at the moment to cater to the needs when Cradleton, Tenderfields and Merrydale gradually handed over and occupancy builds up then which will take few years.  The launch of Ivoris 2 by end of this year is somewhat earlier than I expected but I guess the move is part of the strategies to bring up Majestic City gradually in years to come.  If I were them, I would rather push the sale of Ivoris 2 (next year, says around mid 2017) preferably in line with the positive / exciting news about the entrance of major tenants / operators in Majestic City / EM township and that probably will help to fetch even higher premium then for Ivoris 2 upon launching.  I understand that they are working sth on Majestic City & Sport Complex and I just hope that sth positive will materialise, after all we have not heard of any big catalysts / excitement for long in EM.

Honestly while I reckon that EM is supposed to be a 10 yrs dev, I just can't wait to see it to boom.  As for the school, I also have no idea though earlier (EWRO fest) I understand that there was good progress then.  Construction for school can be gaotim within 2 yrs, the more complicated issue should be the approvals

My mistake, the actual lawyer firm who handle my case is under Halizah Halim & Kim, manage to get a contact from 1of the EW staff who i still rmb she is the 1 who called me during signing the S&P.

Tenderfields memang ada slope too but perhaps the width of the house is comparatively longer than Cradleton soo it makes it less obvious.
