It is because in some cases.........of MNP

It will auto renew after 30 days if you did not cancel the auto renewal.
But if you finished the 500mb before 30days,you'll have to subscribe again in order to use data for another 30 days.

If i'm not mistaken your sister use the voopee apps which works like other social media which connnect via wifi or local data provider(voopee rates attached)

I'm not sure about the roaming facility but you can call customer service at 12273 for better answer.

By adding F n F numbers,charges on calls and sms will be cheaper when deducted from the available credits in DA/MA account.

Take note : This applies only after the call minutes or sms in your season pass are finished.

May be the dealer who help them to register forget to tell them......

To get the free stuff in SP PLUS,the plan must be Auto Renewed itself after 30 days and make sure you have enough credits.

If you disable the AR or there's not enough credits upon Auto Renewal date,you won't get the free stuff in the SP PLUS.

You can get the free stuff again on Auto Renewal for the next SP PLUS.

Example : 2 months later you purchase another SP PLUS plan which with no freebies,then Auto Renewed the same SP PLUS plan after 30 days = you get the freebies again on every successful Auto Renewal.

RM10 for MNP sim,after success MNP you need to top up RM10 within 24 hours to get the 28 months validity which will updated in 3 weeks time.

Your credit balance will be RM15 (total in DA/MA acc).

oops forgive me.....The RM10 top up is for new simpack/number.As for MNP no need to top up.I apologize for this wrong info.

After you buy SP PLUS it will Auto Renewed. No need to turn ON AR.

Got friends purchased SP PLUS50 at RM50 for 12GB +50 min +50 sms and let it AR for straight 3 months and then disable the AR.

RM150 for 36GB data + 150 min + 150 sms + extra 150 days validity added to the 28 months validity(33 months).

This will last for around 18 months for them till the next purchase.Lots of savings for them(RM8.33 per month)

Note : Know/understand your usage and choose wisely.

Did this girl received the MNP sim ? If her MNP rejected,resubmit the MNP after solving the reason of failed MNP or the MNP sim can still be use for other user.

What I mean is the MNP sim can be sold and get the RM10,if confirmed the MNP sim still not registered(MNP rejected).

She can find Onexox dealer to help her or call Onexox customer service for help.
