It's for customer to try the coverage in their area (all telcos still have poor coverage in some places) before MNP and regret later,with minimun payment.Can discard anytime with short validity and line to be terminated shortly in case of not suitable. thumbsup.gif

In my knowledge,ONEXOX rides on CELCOM coverage.So in your handpnone will display either ONEXOX or CELCOM.The same goes for the APN settings.

Just a reminder,if MNP you gets the 28 months validity instantly but if register new simpack you'll need to top up RM10 within 24 hours to get the 28 months validity which will be updated in 3 weeks.

Calls,sms usage will first be deduct from DA acc if you already cleared your season pass which is cheaper than MA,as for MA acc will be deduct first when you subscribe season pass.

Last month I got a digi prepaid user MNP to Onexox and digi reject.The reason given is the digi prepaid validity has expired (Actual validity until 26/07/2018).My customer call digi to complaint and digi customer service apologize for their mistake,can you believe it ? The MNP successful after resubmit.

You can buy the SP FAT5 at RM30 for 5GB free 5GB data(within 10 days of activation) and 28 months validity activated instantly.
SP FAT10 at RM50 for 10GB free 10GB data(within 10 days of activation) and 28 months validity activated instantly.

The free 5/10GB data is for you to use valid for 1st 30 days and as another 5/10GB will remains in your season pass acc following your validity(28 months) until you decide to use it @ 5GB = 500mb x 10 months or 10GB = 500mb x 20 months

You can get more info from the dealer on "what,when and how" to subscribe the monthly 500mb, more clearly if a dealer explain to you directly on the spot.

You must have credit of RM50 in order to buy SP FAT10,top up at any Onexox dealers,phone shop,e-pay and others top up channel as in photo below.

After you have sufficient credit (RM50 for SP FAT10) sms SP FAT10 to 22111 to buy 10GB free 10GB data.

Then sms DATA AR OFF to 22111 to stop auto renewal for 10GB.
Failed to do so will auto renewed 10GB on 30th days of the free data(2nd month).

The "free datas" are provided when you buy SP FAT5/10 within 10 days of activation only and for new users only.

Yes, the free 10GB data valid for 30 days only can't carry forward.

The minimum auto renewal is 500mb.

The SP FAT10 can be purchased only once per new user with free 10GB.

After you purchased SP FAT10, you can purchase Season Pass PLUS 50 (sms code SP PLUS50 to 22111) RM50 for additional 12GB free 50 minutes call free 50 sms(credited into your season pass acc) .

Your season pass acc should show 22GB data,50min and 50 sms.(22GB for 500mb x 42 months)
